I've worked in two call centers. They are brutal with the stats. They measure your work 20 ways from Sunday, and everything has to pan out or they write you up.

I'll never do it again.

I wish we could make a protest about CSR in general because management doesn't seem to care that we want to keep our jobs they're making unrealistic demands about phone time, and we need to show them it's not feasible for workers. Just money hungry and caring about sales and not their patients I never understood it.

CCS medical is the worst supplier I’ve ever used. I frankly don’t care what they make the reps do or what is like to work there, CCS medical has made my life and my healthcare a living hell on more than one occasion and my insurance company give me no other choice. Fuck CCS medical
