I prefer Isopure Zero Carb protein powder. The chocolate and unflavored are my go-to choices. It's not super expensive either.
Do you mix it in milk or water?
I prefer milk. Many people just use water though.
i love it too! the unflavoured one is so good
I even add it to baked goods, tomato sauce, etc.
Exactly what I was about to ask about...does it burn easily when baking? Any idea if heating it too hot will denature the proteins?
I like optimum nutrition.
I was using a lot of the stuff from Bulk for a while. Some pretty good flavors, too.
(I'm in the EU. Not sure about availability elsewhere.)
IsoPure Zero Carb, They carry it at costco and it's pretty good stuff
Same, i order it from amazon. It's on sale or has applicable coupon pretty often.
I use OWYN powders. They use monk fruit, and are whey-free (important for my IBS).
You can buy whey protein concentrate. I like that.
Transparent Labs whey protein isolate.
Best balance for low carb, but good flavor has been Syntha-6 Strawberry or Vanilla.
I like Only What You Need (OWYN)

Definitely going to give this a try!
Where do you find this?
Publix and Walgreens. Walmart may have some
Ghost vegan protein is amazing. 0 grams of sugar. 5-6 grams of carbs per serving (from the protein sources themselves). I love it!
Thanks for the suggestion!
We buy Promix, which has 4-5g sugar per serving in the flavored varieties and 1g in the unflavored.
Dymatize ISO 100 is delicious and like 1g of carbs and 25g of protein per scoop. Fruity Pebbles tastes 99% just like the cereal!
Pair it with some unsweetened almond milk like Califia and you’re set.
I usually check for protein powders with no added sugar and very simple ingredient lists. Whey isolate or plant-based options tend to be easier on blood sugar for many people. Everyone responds differently though, so reading labels and monitoring levels after trying something new really helps.
Yes I use one that has Sucralose better known as Splenda in it. It’s a WPI and WPC blend with lactase in it. I am in Australia and very lucky there is a great company close by that makes great protein powder.
Good suggesstion, thanks very much
I don’t use protein powder, I feel like it tastes bad but I do drink Shamrockfarms the chocolate/vanilla are super good! Just a few grams of sugar, none added with 30g of protein!
I have good luck with optimum gold standard.
