I was diagnosis as Type 2 in May last year. I didn’t get serious until July 7. All I did was change my diet and incorporated more movement (exercise), without medicine. I dropped my A1C by 3.4% in 2-3 months (September).

I am scheduled for my third bloodwork the end of this month and I have a feel

Based on the fact that your results seem to indicate it, I'd say that yes it is possible!

Thanks. I see so many people struggling and started questioning my diagnosis

It's a good argument for 'everyone is different'. There are so many factors at play that there's no one size fits all and not everyone is able to make the same decisions etc.

Trust that what you're doing works for you. Be mindful that with time, your body might change and you may need to try something else. Living is fluid and the ability to adapt to change is your best friend, especially with diabetes.

I pray my body doesn’t change. This has been a horrible journey for me and idk if I can handle more 😔

You really can! I was diagnosed with an A1C of 14.3 in May and dropped it to 5.6 in 5 months. However, I was diagnosed with treatment induced neuropathy, which has been kicking my behind.

Were you on medicine during that time?

I’m type 1, so insulin was the biggest thing, but I also exercised as much as I always have.

Hell yeah! Way to go. Doesn't it feel good to be in control of something so important?
Don't forget that this is a long game we play. You can get it even lower and better controlled. With enough work and healing. Your insulin response can return to normal.
