Livongo Now Teledoc

FML…. I despise Teledoc to the point where it is worth it for me to drop Livongo and it’s free supplies for an OTC option.

Where did this show up, in the app or an email? I am using Livongo and haven't seen anything...yet. I am aware, probably about a year ago, of the change.

My rant: I just received the new, rebranded test strips and already hate these because they changed the background color and you can't see the blood migrate up the strip.

But, it's free.

What's your issue with Teledoc?

The Livongo app automatically logged me out, and when I logged back in, it made me migrate to Teladoc. And the Teladoc app won’t work where I live because it’s geolocked. So yeah. Fun times.

Oh, I hate the new background! I keep getting errors because I can't see the blood on the strip. Such a dumb move!

If you go to the website you will see it now is Livongo by Teledoc. This is a screenshot from my email. Where to begin with Teledoc. Several times I went through the process of sitting with a doctor only for them to tell me they can’t give me a diagnosis or prescription and to go into a clinic anyway. The straw that broke the camels back. I got online with a Teledoc for smoking cessation. I asked for some quit smoking meds. I casually mentioned I need another option because trying to quit cold turkey was stressing me out. He billed my insurance for and issued a diagnosis of stress disorder. Teledoc would not give the doctors info so I can call their office and work it out. apparently they are anonymous. Teledoc dragged their feet as the middle man. I had to get a lawyer to get

Thank you for replying so I understand to avoid using Teledoc for anything but the test strips.

I’m sure they can’t screw up mailing out test strips. Thanks for humoring my rant. ☺️

What do you mean "on your record"? A doctor can't inform your work about such matters, legally.

I have security clearances not sure how deep they can go, not taking chances. Regardless not letting them get away with billing my insurance for a BS line item.
