I'm not sure if anyone will have experience with it as it's not available in the US and most users here are US based. There are other supplements that are available, I take ALA and it helps some but not as significantly as actual insulin resistance prescription medication. Extremely low carb can mean high fat which increases insulin resistance and could be something to consider before going the prescription route too.

I first heard about MOTS C from a friend at the gym and it caught my attention because I have lived with type 1 for many years. I have read the same claims about better insulin sensitivity and it made me curious. I use a pump and I also struggle with frequent site changes so I understand your hope. I have not tried MOTS C myself but I would love to hear real experiences from others who have.
