Celebration time
I went from 7.1 A1C to 5.4 in three months! I'm kicking this diabetes' ass! I know it's not done, and a long road ahead but damn it feels good to see positive progress!

HELL YEAH!! Love to see some positivity on here. Staying alive is so much work with diabetes. Good on your for not only staying alive, but improving your A1C. Woohoo!!! And for anyone just staying alive… I’m so proud of you too ♥️🐛
Well done! Rock on with your bad self. My theory is that while yes, it’s not done, the whole road gets SO much easier from here.
Well done, so proud of you 👏🏼 what changes did you make? I really need some motivation right now
Cut out most carbs. Anything that had more than 10 g a serving of sugar was cut. I stick to mostly 2g per serving for the things I do allow. I had a cholesterol problem as well, so I cut out eggs and made sure to change out most of the meats I ate.
Take it slow. I'm a weird guy. Doing things the hard way is the way I am sometimes. Feel your feelings if you want something sweet. Go for it, but try to see if there's a better option like sugar-free or low sugar. Sometimes it's good, and sometimes it sucks. Let's be honest, some sugar-free stuff leaves a bad aftertaste.
Well done, congrats
Congrats!
