Saw my first endo and told her I got my a1c down to 6 from 7.4 in 4 months with just diet and exercise (was already on farxiga for my heart). Next thing I know she's trying to put me on ozempic and mounjaro. Seems unreasonable since I had done well so far without medication, lost 20 pounds and am at
