Blood sugar update

For context I have been T2 for 20 years. Beginning of 2024 I was laid off which meant no health insurance. So no meds and cheapest food I could get until this past October when I finally got benefits again.

In the 3 months my only medication has been 2000mg metformin and 5mg of Mounjaro. The MJ sid
