You should really discuss this with your doctor, there are many different factors that can influence blood sugar and we as strangers on the internet won't be able to tell you.

See your doctor. Not everyone follows doctors orders exactly. Better to consult your doctor and they can help.

Sounds like you’ve been deceiving yourself since 2020.

My guess is you havent changed your diet either and primarily eat carbs. Right?

You probably know the answer already…

When I was diagnosed at 23, I felt the same fear. I thought one bad number meant everything was lost. Over time, I learned diabetes is not about panic, but patterns. I started listening to my body, tracking food, weight, and emotions. High numbers scared me, but they also pushed me to seek help, stay consistent, and believe I could regain control.

You should definitely talk to your doctor but I’m happy to share my journey as well from extremely high A1c levels (12%) to normal (5.3%) in four months - and no, I’m not selling anything. My son did the research and I followed a strict diet and exercise regimen - which took a lot of discipline and probably saved my life. You’re welcome to review with your doctor to see if it’ll work for you.

No pill out there that lowers blood glucose

There are pills that allow you to use your body's natural insulin such as actos.
