I live with type 1 diabetes and high sugar wrecks my emotions. One evening I felt fine then suddenly overwhelmed while caring for my kids. I wanted to scream and cried for no clear reason. Later my reading was over 400. For me spikes bring anxiety and mood swings. Learning this helped me respond with patience and earlier checks.
