First Dietician Appt - What do they need to know?

I was diagnosed Type 2 on 12/17. I see a dietician for the first time this week. I was told to keep track of my food and to check my blood sugar a couple of times per day until I get a CGM later this month.

I have an Excel sheet of my calories with the carb, protein, and fat breakdown; my weight;

It honestly sounds like you've got everything covered. The dietitian will compare your logged meals to the glucose levels you're seeing and then make recommendations for you.

Don't sweat it too much, if there's any information she'll need, she'll let you know. This first appointment doesn't require anything other than what you've already collected.
