I am totally sleeping on the couch tonight for sure this sucks I feel bad because my wife it's our first time getting a glucose monitor because she is a few minutes pregnant. I screwed up and because I was worried about hurting her she wanted me to apply the the glucose monitor to her but I started

There’s 3 ways to contact Lingo’s support via their website. I find giving an actual phone call usually gets the job done a lot faster than messaging support. You should be able to get a replacement. Do you have test strips and a finger poker? If not, run out to the nearest pharmacy and pick one up until you’re able to get your replacement.

Just curious, what the heck did you do to fire the inserter off? You have to really press down on the edge pretty hard to get that thing to go, it doesn't sound like you were just lightly touching the edges.
