Going on holiday with T1 diabetes

I am going on holiday this year for the first time, i am really nervous about how everything will go and im not sure on what to bring with me, such as how much pods, sensors, vials of insulin etc. do i need to contact my consultant for proof of my illness? if anyone has any advice for me i would rea

For supplies I usually estimate based on regular usage and then add 50% to be safe. Never needed it but better safe than sorry.

You can get a Frio bag to keep your insulin cool, especially when visiting a warm place
