I don't think there are any Garmin watches that direct to Dexcom directly, but a lot of them work as secondary display, either with the official Dexcom app, or an open source app.
The official one is this one https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/027db46d-fbc8-4362-a65f-05fa6c0f113f
I'm using this one which works with AndroidAPS https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/8fab3746-f56f-4b41-b3c7-5f4aaeaed6c9
I use a Garmin Forerunner 245 with a G6. It is not direct to watch (that would be awesome) but through the Garmin Connect app. For it to work you will need your phone nearby.
Garmin can show your BG during a run but it’s sourced from your phone and requires your phone to have an internet connection. I’m a trail runner so this meant that it didn’t work for me at the most critical moments (5+ miles into the mountains with no cell service).
I switched to an Apple Watch Ultra. It connects directly with the Dexcom. I can go for a run without my phone and still see my BG and get alerts on my watch.
I loved my Garmin (Fenix 7X) and I miss some of the insights Garmin gave me but AWU has all the same data. I like the lifestyle features as well (although I have most notifications turned off).
