CGM Sensor location?

So on the 5th of January I am going to an orthopedic surgeon appointment, in hopes of getting a release surgery done on my left arm. I’m okay with the surgery but I’m wondering where I should place my Libre 2 plus sensor?

This article explains the pros and cons of 7 alternative sites... They're not covered if you had to get them replaced and told the truth. My personal favorite is forearm, but that might not work for you with your surgery, thigh might be a good option?

Talk to your surgical team about wearing a CGM during the procedure. It was ok during my colonoscopy (not surgery), but not allowed during my thyroid surgery. They will let you know if you can wear it and where to place it.
