not giving medical advice, just genuinely curious.

i’ve been managing diabetes for a while now and recently started noticing more nerve discomfort and fatigue, especially later in the day. blood sugar is fairly controlled, but the nerve pain and low energy still creep in.

Regardless of whether supplements help other diabetics, you should never take supplements without consulting your doctor and/or pharmacist. Remember that supplements can have negative interactions with existing medication and they're only useful if your body is lacking something. You should get a blood test to check for deficiencies and then talk to your doctor about possible options to help treat nerve pain.

i’ve noticed supplements only help if you stay consistent for months.

same. Neurazenx wasn’t fast, but after 8–10 weeks my nerve flare-ups were less intense.

fr diabetic nerve pain is no joke. my feet burn at night and cuts take forever to heal. fatigue hits hard too.

exactly. that’s what’s frustrating, numbers look okay but the symptoms don’t fully go away.

i’ve been using R-ALA + B12 for diabetic neuropathy. it’s slow, but it helped reduce the constant tingling over a few months.

that’s helpful. i keep seeing Neurazenx mentioned and was wondering if it was legit or just marketing.

it does imo. Neurazenx is made by Zen Nutrients and uses the R version, which is more bioavailable than regular or liposomal ALA.

good to know. that explains why people recommend it specifically.

fatigue is honestly worse than the pain some days. feels like energy just drains faster with diabetes.

R-ALA helped my energy consistency a bit, especially combined with b-complex.

that’s encouraging. i’m mainly looking for more stable energy, not a miracle.
