I often get high blood sugar after meals, especially in the evening, and I’m struggling to control post-meal spikes.

Is anyone here from Tunisia with T1D?

Usually this indicates the bolus is not enough to manage the carbs.

Or there was not enough time for the pre-bolus to allow the insulin to start working before eating.

Or the glucose was high, and there was an attempt to correct the high and cover the carbohydrates at the same time. I find that this never works for me. I always have to correct the high, then bolus and eat once near normal range again.
