Stelo readings are so off -worried about getting Dexcom G7 and relying on it for insulin amounts/ pump.

The reason for the discrepancies are discussed in the Wiki, in the Glucose Meters, Insulin, Pumps section. The general rundown is if the numbers match, that is a fluke.

The Stelo is limited in functionality so it is not as good as the G7. The G7 can be calibrated with the meter if the values are more than 20% different. There are alarms for high and low, as well as Apple Direct to Watch.

There are thousands of pump users with the Dexcom. They are managing.
